This notice explains how EVRREST Group Pty Ltd ("EVRREST", "we") handles personal information you give us through this website. We handle it in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you make an enquiry we collect your name, work email, organisation, the type of enquiry and anything you choose to tell us in your message. We do not use advertising cookies on this site.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry and to follow up about our services. We will not sell your information or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Who we share it with
The enquiry form is provided by HubSpot, our customer relationship management provider, which stores what you submit on our behalf and may process it outside Australia, including in the United States. The form may set cookies that HubSpot needs to run it. We use providers that protect personal information to a standard comparable with the Australian Privacy Principles. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any relationship that follows, or as the law requires.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask to see or correct the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@evrrest.com. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
